Mission and objectives
TEMA Research Infrastructure, created in 1996, has a multidimensional character within Mechanical Engineering embracing three strategic vectors:- Fundamental and applied research;- Innovation and technological development;- Consulting, training and services.TEMA’s mission is to achieve scientific and technological excellence on mechanical engineering, translating these competencies to Society. Veeco NanoScope IV SPM Controller

Able to perform a wide range of surface imaging techniques reveling nanoscale and atomic structures. The Nanoman AFM can also manipulate as well as create nanoscale structures through nanoindention and nanoscale lithographic techniques.
