Scientific Description
DABAR - Digital Academic Archives and Repositories is a key component of the Croatian national e-infrastructure’s data layer, a system that enables all higher education and research institutions to easily set up and maintain reliable and interoperable institutional and subject repositories. Dabar allows institutions to manage their digital content without having to worry about the technological challenges related to the repositories.

By the end of July 2018, there were 123 established institutional repositories in the DABAR system owned by science and higher education institutions. By this date, the DABAR repository stored a total of 68174 digital objects. 200 GB of disk space is reserved for the DABAR system.
