Scientific Description
The Advanced Optical Microscopy Facility at CNB provides infrastructure for time-lapse and fixed studies of samples using epifluorescence, confocal laser scanning microscopy, TIRFM, STED, and SMLM nanoscopy, covering most light microscopy applications. The equipment and services for image acquisition and processing are available to all CNB personnel as well as to researchers from the public and private sectors.
